If you are unhappy with the items you received for any reason, you may exchange the item you purchased for an item of equal or greater value. We do not currently allow for refunds or store credit. A return must be requested within seven days of delivery date, and items for return must be sent back within five days of the return confirmation in the condition you received it, with all tags attached (including any Mikinola handtags). Accessories, including hats, sunglasses, belts, bags, and jewelry, are all sales final and are ineligible for exchange. Items purchased with a discount code and/or sale items are all sales final and are ineligible for exchange. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted. All items need to be returned with all tags attached.
The buyer may return item(s) to our physical location in Hawaii Kai or ship the return back to us. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless contacted otherwise. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please send us all tracking information for the return.
Please email Info@shopmikinola.com to request an exchange. Any returns that have not been approved will be refused upon receipt.
